I got my hgh!

How do you know if the hgh is fake or not
Janoshik (HPLC), blood glucose, if you see results typical of HGH after taking it (give a few weeks or so for them to manifest — depending on dose, of course — but check blood glucose fasted on waking and pre and post injection until you get familiar with it, then you will not need to measure so often). If, during the reconstitution process, it dissolves rapidly, then it's likely fake (likely HCG or something else, e.g. another peptide) and talking to other people who use the same source. You can do IGF-1 bloodwork if you are really unsure.

Also, when reconstituting, spin or roll between hands, don't shake or do anything aggressive with it.

what'd be the most optimal range for bg levels while on a higher dosage of hgh? Obviously, anyone's bg level would be slighlt elevated from the hgh but what's the range we should keep it in to prevent insulin resistance?

Just try to maintain the same levels you had before HGH. It can be somewhat wild when starting, especially if you're upping the doses rapidly. Risks of both HYPO and HYPER glycemia, so keep some glucose tablets on hand as well as metformin. I think most blood glucose testing kits have a chart for you to look at. Around 4-5 fasted is fine. From (rough) memory, I heard 4.3 was optimal on the private JP forums or something like that, but it doesn't really matter as long as it's what you normally expect or within that range. Obviously, non-fasted is going to be higher.

Personal experience with high dose HGH and blood sugar and carbs. Not necessary to read:

Oddly enough, (although my own individual response to many PEDs is very unusual — I tend to adapt quite easily to most compounds and can tolerate really high doses quite easily, and things like aromatisation or blood glucose tend to self-adjust somewhat more than for the average person (not sure exactly why and will do FGS screening in the future and potentially consult someone about this if such a specialist even exists) when starting HGH I would go hypo after pinning (I explain why this happens later in this reply), then it normalised after which I started metformin but then stopped to assess its effects, and I don't think I was really benefitting from it that much (FOR NOW, however, I only recently stopped increasing my HGH doses so once these doses stay the same for a while, insulin resistance and hyperglycemia might creep up) so I simply stopped taking metformin for the current moment, and my blood glucose is fine even at quite high HGH doses. I actually went hypo some time ago (on high HGH doses after my blood glucose was stabilised from the aforementioned increases) after not having enough intra carbs during a workout (adjusted for this now, with more intra carbs in between muscle groups as well as two intra shakes (Cranberry juice with water, maltodextrin 40g, and a Granite Recovery shake 1 scoop and 2 scoops Dymatize, ISO100 Hydrolyzed Protein Powder sipping during workout. Then I rest for some time between muscle groups, e.g. between back and biceps (and forearms), during which I have a steak and pasta (not suggested for those with poor digestion) and sip more. Look at digestion and blood flow, this might not be ideal for some). Then came back home after several glucose tabs in addition to usual post workout carbs to a 3 something mmol/L blood glucose level, so would've been much lower during the end of the workout with hypo symptoms).

I'll tell you my fasted blood glucose tomorrow.
Blood glucose just now was 6.4, 6.2 mmol/L (after eating). No metformin; more details on my stack: https://www.enhancedbb.com/stack-update-september-2024/

So, to summarise, HGH, in the long term, leads to HYPER glycemia and insulin resistance. In the short term, when upping doses a lot, you might go HYPO (soon after pinning) as glucose uptake increases, and acute effect of insulin secretion shortly after pinning.

To combat HYPER glycemia and insulin resistance, metformin might be worth a look.
