I got so fat(gained 10 pounds)

Right now I'm like 160 last I checked

Need to lose weight
I know all the "just be in a calorie deficit" talk but the two forms of cardio I have available are jogging and jump ropes

What do you guys think is the best one to lose some fat

if u are really 190 cm u are underweight, ig it's not the case. Anyways caloric deficit is the only possible way to lose fat

I am 190 cm and the only fat I have on my body is my chest and face

Its literally just those two areas I need to lose fat on

u are underweight tf are u even talking about, to have fat at 160 u'd have to have 0 fucking muscle
