i got sold fake metformin in indiamart..im pissed..

i just took my prescription metformin (ONE METFORMIN TABLET) from a real pharmacy and my bg is fine again..

i took 3 metformin tablets 500mg from the indiamart guy.. and nothing happened

its now russian roulete.. i wont leak the indiamart vendor who sold me fake metformin unless 3 ppl reply calling me king times ticking..
