Start working on mobility
 
a year+ of doing the retarded "starting strength" squat screwed my shoulders.

had to do tons of band pull aparts/dead hangs from a bar to fix it.

what are good exercise for mobility? tbh gyms are closed here so i started to do some body exercise but more importantly i started to use the blackroll not only at the back but also at the chest muscles, legs etc.

i realised i was unflexible as shit, mx posture was also a bit shitty due to muscular imbalance (too strong chest imho)

i feel way better now.

once i start gymceling again i need to do mobility work for sure
