I was on my dad’s shoulder level like 6 months to a year ago. Now i’m at his nose level at 19. Is it not over? Also my dad and uncle said that they grew into their 20s.

I used to think growing in your 20s was a massive cope but I think its surprisingly not that uncommon

Im 22 and recently I noticed my hands/fingers getting bigger and shoes feel tighter than before

Doesn't mean any of it will amount to me actually being taller cos of growth plates but if mine were open Id prob be growing taller too
