Only thing I have to lose is my future

TLDR: My current life is shit and I only live for the future life I'll have. Right now I don't enjoy things cause they won't form part of my future life (maybe I enjoy copes like games, movies and drugs)

I'd say I have a lot of potential in life, but
currently I don't have anything I could lose if it isn't the hope of a better future.

I don't enjoy spending time with friends, family or people in general. I just feel kinda empty and embarrassed because I look and am a loser.

I dream of moving to another country and start a new life, that's why I feel like nothing in my current life matters aside from what shapes my future. Maybe I just care about some friends and close members of my family.

Do any of you guys live/enjoy your present? I feel like I'm living an inferior life compared to my future, so I don't bother in trying to enjoy social life
