I measured myself this morning (8/5/2026) and I was 0.9cm taller then my last measurement at (7/4/2026) my PHV at tanner 3 was 1cm a month and I’m getting closer to that number

That doesn't change anything, after sleeping (and waking up) you're naturally taller because your spine is decompressed.

shitt idk bro I’ve been gradually growing but u might be right. I grew 1.4cm over the last 3.5 months and 0.9 of that was in the past month. If it’s js water its so over
