title tbh I was wondering why my knees/bones around my ankles were hurting
u can still grow at that age and it’s pretty common from my experience

ig my body reacted on the height inflation of .org larpers

I got shorter at 19 due to extreme stress on my knees and lower back from walking on 3 inch lifts 24/7

my neck/spine hurts since weeks tho and I can’t sleep well / can’t do sports

I don’t know the reason, at one point I had to wrap a cloth around it so I would feel less and can sleep
