I gymmax for fun but honestly neck is the only muscle important

after visiting swimming pool and seen bodybuilders, I can surely admit if u spend time at the gym, every time u are there u should neckmax

u wont drastically change your frame, biceps wont do shit, only nichegame for some and low bf is a must

I'm switching from training neck every other training, to trainning it each time im at the gym

Low inhib to do it at gym, i just do it at home with weights. Yeah doing it daily is amazing for gains

i've been doing it for 2 years, when I'm pumped i get result that is fully pleasing <still have to do more> I dont diet so its not that easy
I do neck curls currently at:
front 4 sets x 26 rep x 30 kg
back 4 sets x 21 rep x 25 kg

I do it all the time in a packed gym, just don't give a fuck holy shit. No one gives a shit about you. Even if they find it strange they literally have forgotten it 10 seconds later. Stop be so paranoid.

look at wrestlers
some of them have weak lower-thjird but look manly because of abv average neck size

I can mew while doing these excercises no problem
 
It’s quite difficult with neck curls I find to actually make sure you’re contracting your neck muscles fully and not using your arms to move the weight too much. I find using a lighter plate is much better, I’m skeptical about these people doing 30kg neck curls as to whether they are really contracting their neck muscles fully.
 
And yes you can massively alter the way your frame looks through gymcelling

even if u add 100kg of muscle mass to your upper body aka frame u will never look like wide-framed guy
go on a beach, look at people, they can be bulky, can look steroid-maxed but wont genetic-destiny
look at some swimmers/lifeguards - 0 muscle mass and look like gods

neck and traps. Although I feel good with more size. 85kg compared to 60kg when I started is a night and day difference. You get taken more seriously from my experience and I feel healthier.

I disagree, I don’t know anyone with ‘0 muslce mass’ who has a god like body

why? I do them to get a bit of blood into my neck on my off days. They're pretty easy if you're not that big.

The spine bend, wrestlers stop doing them after certain point thanks to damage, you can find far more safer exercise

lol you have no idea. Wrestlers do take downs where they purposely jump backwards on their own heads with the other guy in their hands. Imagine how much the spine is bent with such a movement. Wrestler bridges are childsplay compared to those takedowns.

I don’t get working neck specifically tbh. If you put on mass and deadlift, increase T then your neck will grow without having to target it. Maybe to get it to a higher level of thickness then it may be required, but generally working out will get neck bigger anyway.

To an extent working out will increase neck thickness but it doesn’t hurt to add in a few sets of neck curls at the end of your session, it’s not like you neee an entire day in your routine devoted to neck training
