Decided to go back home, almost fainted in the street, a woman with her kid gave me some bread and two grandmas offered themselves to take me back home, thankfully now I'm home.

It's just that some days I'm not really in the mood to high-intensity training

It’s pretty normal after a heavy lift. But get an EKG at least.
