First of all, hello everyone, I had my bone age checked today. The doctor said my biological age is 13 years and 9 months, and that my bone age is 15 years, and that I could grow another 2-3 cm, and that the plaques are closing. I asked if I might have experienced early puberty or if my bone age is advanced due to high estrogen. He said, no, my development is perfectly normal; men don't have estrogen anyway. He added, "However, if you have high testosterone, it converts to estrogen (aromatase).
I'm 176 cm tall, weigh 54 kg, my mother's height is 163 cm, and my father's height is 174 cm. I've grown steadily every year until now, but I haven't experienced a sudden growth spurt. Even though it doesn't run in my family and I'm not dark-skinned, I have hair on my body. Around the age of 12 or 12.5, I started growing a mustache and beard on my face, and I started growing hair in my armpits and genital area. Despite never consuming packaged foods and washing my face regularly since childhood, I started getting acne at age 12. Initially, they weren't very common, but starting this winter, I've experienced a significant increase in acne, and it's also started appearing on my neck. A few months ago, when I went to the dermatologist for acne, the doctor mentioned excess sebum production due to high androgen levels. I'd read that high androgen levels cause plaques to close prematurely. My voice is a bit thin, neither deep nor high-pitched. However, the most striking feature is that sperm production started at age 12. My mother also says she had a healthy prenatal period.
I don't think I experienced early puberty because I know that puberty begins at the age when sperm production begins.
Also, as a child, I was always taller than my peers and was never overweight or fat.
X-ray:
Could I be taller than that? Thanks in advance to everyone who answers this seriously. I wish you a happy forum
