Yes I’m 29. Still, I’m by far not the oldest. In our universities, it’s normal to have much older students.

Presenting stuff comes with practice. You'll have to voluntarily start speaking in crowds of people. For neurodivergents they need 2x the practice, but some of them grit their teeth through it and become decent. Does your uni have a Toastmaster's club ?

I’m from Europe, I don’t know what a toastmaster’s club is. And you’re right, last time I did a presentation was like 15 years ago. Since I’ve become a NEET 10 years ago, I’ve done nothing but rotted. That’s nuked my social skills. It also has nuked my brain (I’ve been dealing with sleep deprivation for more than a decade now).

Its a USA based group. They conduct these public speaking and debate events. If you have something similar, and you are interested in participating I reckon you can quickly catch up your skills. If the peer group is nice, they'll even give you tips

My classmates were all nice, saying I did a good job but I think they’re just being nice, I certainly felt like I did a bad job. And that’s an interesting name for a group ahah, I’ll look into it though, thanks!
