It’s only been a year since I joined and maybe a month or so since I first posted but in that time I was able to thankfully get myself out of something I unfortunately discovered on the internet (which is bp) and stop focusing on my looks all the time, I still want to improve just without all of this clogging my brain. This helped me stop masturbating, find a gf, and have fun without constant worry. I most likely will end up in the same place if it ends but I want to enjoy it while it last.
