Not really, I have to admit that not all immigrants are bad. I believe the problem is more that they do not integrate with the culture and society, deciding often not to work at all.
In the small Italian villages It isn't rare for immigrants to break down the doors of abandoned houses to live there or to live with the "reddito di cittadinanza".
Gypsies live in houses given to them by the state and often make children only for that reason.
