because i dont have the attention span and discipline and focus to keep lifting after a rest day

i plan, take a rest day, and then just eat junk food and play halo wars and forget about the shit. back when i first started lifting every single day it was great, but ofc i injured myself. i was also doing the most nonsensical lifts you could think of but i suppose i was trying to replicate certain machines. i still feel the pain in my right arm when i lift.

its not ideal to not have rest days unless ur really far into lifting
I am aware of what the lifting gurus say.

But there are plenty of people who train 7 days a week and are jacked.

Also, a rest day doesn't have to be not training for that day. A rest day could be a short light workout.

You are worrying over something so trivial that it's funny.

Just train hard, eat properly and progressively overload. it's that simple

Man I don't have time for this.

If your body doesn't feel good, then you don't max out for that day. You lift lighter weights.

Do I have to spell this shit out
