I find myself having an extremely low hyoid and i couldl blame it due the problems i had when i was a kid .
I had a short palate, therefore incorrect tounge posture until around 13-14 yo. this led to me not taking the best advantage of my genetics.
Now at fresh 17 i realised it was a problem and tried chin tucks and neck curls. Honestly they did help a bit and it tightened the sides of my jaw a tiny bit.
But my main concern is, when people mew their hyoid tends to raise; mine just stays stiff at the bottom.
Does anyone know how to fix this??
