it's in the top 3 worst failos, there is nothing to do for that just like for midface ratio (caused by long nose) and es ratio

What actually increases your FWHR? I think implants (Jaw and cheek), chewing plus roiding( Masseter muscles), HGH( Growth of the skull), and having a bigger neck to add to the illusion. Would this be correct ?
