What weight? I am doing 27.5kg and had problems after going up from 25kg. It takes long to progress in this shit.

I was doing 100kg OHP for reps at my strongest. Never really even did OHP. All my strength came from dumbell shoulder presses.

It is a very hard excercise to progress on, you need to have variations of it in order to progress in this. Do what leave oho for some do some landmine presses, paused dumbbell press etc. Hope you make a pr

I am weak as shit. I do 37.5kg bench and 40kg maybe seems reachable next week.

Yeah my shoulders were ridiculously strong. All I ever did was seated dumbell shoulder presses. Built up to 50-55kg per hand. Then I randomly tried legit OHP and I was repping 90kg+. Few weeks later I'm doing 3 reps at 100kg.

15kg is above average tbh. But above average is not what we should strive for. I hope you make to 70kg 5 reps

Sorry mistyped 50kg* you can do it in a year if you train in a periodization method. Check out concurrent periodization, I got the best strength gains in this

This was 1-2 years ago. I never ever saw anyone take a heavier shoulder load than me at the gym. Roiders couldn't even compete. I was overweight, but I've also been lifting for years. My bench wasn't that impressive. I think I was doing 6-8 reps at 140kg? But basically you should not be able to have OHP this strong with a bench that weak. That's why I say my shoulders were ridiculously strong. By far my strongest muscle group in proportion to everything else.

I have good frame, it's my best asset. But I'm probably way smaller than you're imagining, because I was never on roids. I was just strong. I lifted for strength. 2-6 reps every set. For the most part around the 3 rep range.
