These mother fuckers are so narcy that they say that everyone has to go through the same shit they went through. "Every man needs to get heartbroken" "Every man has to be poor at one point in their life" "You need to have been bullied in the past to reach your full potential". My favourite is when 1stman said that every man should shave his fucking head at one point and experience being bald 
It's insane cope. They refuse to accept that going through shit is just objectively bad, and they say it's essential for success. Is it fuck. The less shit you can go through the better. It's obviously better to grow up being in shape and looking attractive than it is having to learn it by being bullied for being an ugly obese fucker.
They have convinced themselves that it was a good thing they went through it to the point where they manipulate people who look up to them to artificially go through their problems. It's so fucked up. Crab at the bottom of the bucket misery loves company mentality.
If anyone ever tells you shit like that you need to beat the fucking shit out of them because they don't care about your success and just want to make sure nobody is having a better life than them.
Shit like heartbreak and being bullied just makes you a worse person and takes a long time to recover from.
Don't give yourself people's problems who are narcy enough to believe the way their life went was the best way anyone's life could go. Because that's basically what they're saying.
