Geniuely needed surgery rn, I have low bonemass, I blame my genetics, I cannot ascend. Is there any major flaws so I can go to surgery?

Your ratios look good. Eye area looks good to me but some dont like monolids. Might high pfl ,good tilt,compact,browridge! Jaw and cheekbones seem good even though its a selfie!
Nose,lips,ears, denser eyebrows,hair looks subpar,hard failo is philtrum but grow a stubble. These are not really hard to fix (maybe lips are). U dont have low bonemass

Alar plast, nose bridge projection( if u get rhino be very clear to to get a shorter tip or more upturned), if its possible rotate the tip , so the nostrils are not visible and maybe make your philtrum sliglty shorter) and i also gave u a otoplasty. Haircut go to a good barber and see if can make it less fluffy.

Yeah you need a more American nose, so a rhinoplasty probably from a doctor from South Korea. Also you need jaw angle implants and probably a chin implant to get a prominent square chin. Try to look like one of those North Korean Bodyguards
