My pallets around 38.1mm so my palate is necessarily narrow but I really dont know what to do at this point I need jaw surgery but the process is so long and difficult just for me to prob be under advanced or left with permanent side effects.

Once your mid-palatal suture is open which it will be if u get marpe you can use a facemask to pull your maxilla forward esentially mimicking a lefort. you 100% cannot afford a bimaxx so this is probably your best option and maybe after that a genio

I thought people said that surgeons ramieri charge 25-30k for trimax I always assumed that face mask + expander was kinda cope but ill do more research.

yea i mean it isnt as effective as an actual osteotomy obviously but you can get pretty substantial results from it. Especially since your budget is pretty tight marpe + facemask will have better roi and you'll be able to afford a rhino and perhaps fat grafting too.

Idk how accurate the before and afters are in this vid but the results look pretty comparable to a bimaxx

Ive spoken with this guy I think a expander would have saved me when i was a kid instead of extractions but even the creator of rhis vid admitted to me I need lefort as well.

I do have issues my entire childhood i breathed through my mouth and struggle with breathIng when my body is under any physical stress. Im turning 19 if I complain about breathing issues to my doctor cant they do a scan of my airways feel like that would be better and easier.

Lefort I for more maxillary projection as yours is quite flat, BSSO with CCWR (Counter Clockwise Rotation) to fix your poor Gonial angle (Angle of your jaw) and elongated lower third, a lip lift to shorten your philtrum as it is too long and it will look longer from the CCWR, Rhino to fix you droopy nose, and maybe a genioplasty but you might want to do the prior first and then decide if a genioplasty is right for you. Hope this helps.
