Just forget the idea of palate expansion in general, MSE/SARPE etc. all tend to fuck up your facial symmetry and are a looksmin for your face. Focus on bigger flaws, it‘s a better investment, especially when you consider MSE or sarpe costs about 5000-10000€.

I‘d look into non surgical options.
They aren't optimal, but at least they don't have the potential to fuck your ESR or make ur lower part of the maxilla look unnatural in comparison to the rest of your face.

To me it's all cope, chewing excessively just bloats your face due to masseter hypertrophy and doesn't do anything to widen your palate or change anything about your bone structure. Thumbpulling just seems retarded and the concept by itself seems irrational to me.

I wouldn't even get MSE if I were you, like I said, regarding aesthetics it‘s all shit.
If you have a bad jaw (if your palate is that narrow, chances are you have one) I'd focus on getting bimax. If it's fine, just live with it. It's not a huge failo and no one outside of .org cares about it.

Your zygos will get more round and wide, not defined, every facial change from MSE is pretty much unnatural, your FWHR will improve but your ESR could get worse and you want to avoid this. Your maxilla will just get stretched out in only one dimension, it‘s just like I said a functional surgery and not for aesthetics. Your nose alar base will widen too. Palatal expansion also doesn't increase IPD. It also has a chance to permanently leave a gap in your front teeth, the risk gets higher with more expansion.

Generally I'd recommend you to consult with a good surgeon though and discuss your problems with him.
