while you clench your teeth on the mouth guard

clench hard as much as hard and while clenching hard - maximum - drink a sip of water, swallow it

just try and see it yourself it is like a clenching hack

if I do clenching at night there’s no way I am waking up with a dry mouth

also keeps my hunger away
