I have a deformity on my molars

I have some kind of deformity on my molars, the crowns are deteriorated, ive had that my whole life and had no problems, until now, that i had to put some artificial thing to cover that up, but ive only done it on one molar, and it seems that my teeth is not touching on the front and my bite is retrognating, idk what i should do to revert it, im desperate
