see if you can get a bimax with a rhinoplasty. thats quite a common group of surgeries. bimax would advance maxilla and mandible and then you could j get a rhino thrown in there too which is a much more minor procedure so theres a good chance that wouldn't get flagged also rep plz

Rhino will 100% happen when i'm happy with my jaw. He is a family doctor so I am gonna get a referall for a tmj doctor or a emt doctor or airway orthodonist and then they will look at my situation where I will fraud worse sleep apnea then I truly have. I also have a deviated septum.
