for the overbite get surgery skeletally you while always have an overbite (class ii) so rhese jew orthodontist with just tilt the teeth whatever degress to fix it honestly not that bad but u could get sleep studys, to test for sleep apnea and get a cbct scan see if u have a narrow airway and if its bad you can get bimax + braces which will fix the overbite and you can MOG after. COSULT WITH MAXOFACCIAL SURGONS (will need a refeeral from an ortho)
