I have a long neck and narrow shoulders is it worth to train traps?

How much of a difference does it make compared to neck training in face attractiveness? will bigger traps make me look taller? is it even worth it for the debuff in my already lame frame?

Traps/shoulders tend to have the best response to androgens as those are the first muscle groups to blow up in gear users. They are must haves if you wish to mascmog. Thich neck is also very manly, as is high FWHR (~2).

Train neck but traps. If you have overdeveloped traps it can look bad if you have narrow shoulders

Traps will make your neck look shorter.

It will give you a more dominant look

you can tell OP is past the ideal height of 5'9" @LooksOverAll @OldVirgin he would not have these issues if he was the ideal height.

I am a 5'7 manlet with long neck kek (not living in a first world country thankfully)
