my guy no fillers/any hardmaxx could ever change the shape of your skull,if you have a head shape like this no matter what its over and no surgery on the planet could fix it

You can apply filler/implants to both cheeks and jaw (examples provided are both iirc). If you need to address the rest of the head there are things like forehead implants, temporal implants, and occiput implants. Will you become chad through these? Probably not but there are always ways to look a bit more human. There are plenty of subhuman to normie transformations out there after fixing their most egregious failos.
