Fillers for a temporary option and implants for a more permanent option. If you have a goofy ah shaped head then no softmaxxing is going to fix it.

You can apply filler/implants to both cheeks and jaw (examples provided are both iirc). If you need to address the rest of the head there are things like forehead implants, temporal implants, and occiput implants. Will you become chad through these? Probably not but there are always ways to look a bit more human. There are plenty of subhuman to normie transformations out there after fixing their most egregious failos.
