I have an ortho dontis appointment how can i get a pallet expander?

My pallet is pretty narrow and my teeth are genuinely bending inward making my smile look pretty bad, also I have a hard time sleeping and i genuinely get out of breath trying to breath through my nose sometimes, what should I say so I can get a pallet expander

Literally just tell them that you have this, also ask if you have a small palate. IF you can try to go for MSE palatal expander and not the others as they tip teeth, MSE also gives more skeletal movement (which will be good it gives forward growth and a more supported eye area and maxilla)

Message them yourself about a palate expander then make an appointment so they talk about it and xray your sutures. it worked for me
