Also u need to beat urself with a hammer constantly on face and legs at least 3 hours a day, I suggest a heavier hammer.

Beaturself until blood or marks, then heal then beat again

That's not even 3 months. Hgh is a long term thing. I would reduce dosage and continue for longer. Add a SST inhibitor
