Mid-htn can have several mid-mtb , high-htn is 6psl and mid-mtb is 5.25psl

High-mtn can have some high-ltb, high-mtn is 5.5psl and high-ltb is 4.75psl

yeah maybe you're right, back a while ago my theory was that you can consistently slay on one tier below your appearance tier

chads can slay stacylites,
chadlite can slay htb, and so on

but maybe nowadays with the inflation you gotta drop down a little bit to keep slaying consistently (having slays every week or so, keeping bitches on rotation and so on)

btw @Orc I bought 5 styles of resistance band, tube, loop, legs one, physiotherapy one, anchor, gloves and it goes up to 36kg with the green bands.
