i have my hair cropped it curls at 4 inches lenght but even short it cant slick back it jsut stands up so i keep it short

I have very good gen by m'y dad with very strong brow ridge , blue eyes , projected chin , big zygo , and m'y mom brown eye No brow ridge(normal HES a woman) and good zygo and good jaw
