Excellent , thank you dude that helpsIt kinda looks like a filter/color grading on a photo. Took 2 - 2 1/2 weeks of everyday use. I noticed more pink, red, almost blush like colors pop more on my face. Especially areas like cheeks, nose, lips and eye area for me. If I had do describe it it’s almost like I’m in a constant state of post workout glow where your face is kinda flushed

eyelid pulling (@shawarmafilth’s method), hydrocortisone, bonesmashing, eyelashmaxing, growing hair, gymmaxing. makeupmaxing is an absolutely massive one (ascends me to legit like mid lite), but it makes the most sense to do it after youve already ascended, for a number of reasons.
well they are all different and all target very specific things. i was never obese or an acnecel, so the two craziest softmaxes are out of the question, but i would say that bonesmashing definitely had a huge impact on my looks
ive had a lot of reports that ahk-cu mogs even minox for that. ive personally used the ordinary lash & brow serum and it helped a decent bit. all depends on your situation though, and if they absolutely refuse to grow in thickness - then get nanoblading for a thicker look
yeah, but it mainly came from my supra development. frontalis botox & aforementioned nanoblading (along the bottom) can lower them tho
i have minimal (t1) uee, and my eyelids are pretty much fully covered by lashes. but yeah it can definitely help even if you have more severe uee, i have seen many examples.
depends on how bad they are. there are actually legit volufiline formulations out there, but you just need to look for them. one that i know for sure is the one from the ordinary (great brand overall tbh). other things i would recommend would be vitamin c serum (ive tried a few, but the one that actually had an amazing effect for my insomniac ass was the garnier one. it comes in either 4% (twice daily) or 10% (nightly) concentration. i got both and use the former in the morning, and the latter at night. i noticed an instant improvement upon very first application from the 4% one, and i still dont know how shit like that is even possible
the fact that eyelid pulling works should be common knowledge, but people either fuck it up, or refuse to do it entirely, just calling it cope instead - which it isnt. another one, which is pretty popular, but is kinda underestimated - is contacts. i had a pair of a40 contacts, but they didnt suit me because i have green eyes, so i gave them to my persian mate who had t50s, and he has an insane eye color halo anywhere he goes now (it literally acts as a conversation starter sometimes)
honestly, i doubt it. you can try training orbicularis oculi (the proper way, not like those tiktok retards), but that still has varying results (although still wont hurt to try). also you can usually get lower lid retraction (unless your infras actually require implants) instead, which is wayyyy less invasive.

For the roids do you recommend me to hop on TRT+ for a body recomp rn ( I’m skinny fat and low muscle mass) and then blast later for a bulk or just do the recomp natty and then blast? dont be fat, be at least relatively healthy, do swimming, fix any malocclusions/posture issues/misalignments as early as possible - are a few very important ones i can grab from the top of my head that actually matterwhat are the best things to do in puberty before its too late (15-18)
