the experience was very chill, i didnt mind going thru it one bit. on my first session i actually felt something crack around my sphenoid, which felt relieving (may be placebo), but i havent heard anything crack on any other sessions, so i believe it actually got corrected there and then, and was getting the additional little support pupms since

overall, it did help out my symmetry and posture a bit, as well as my invisalign. it would be way more beneficial if i were to do another ncr course, but even this bit already helped.

all of them were impactful in in one way or another, but i’d say in general the most impactful looksmaxes are probably getting shredded and maximizing misc (coloring, hair, skin, etc.). throw gymmaxing into that mix and its even crazier. in the long run, improving my harmony + dimo were by far the most impactful, but it’s quite situational and not everyone can do that to a degree that i did.
