this isn't a fat dissolver's fault there are lots of procedures that can be done but they are only temporary. It's transforming from obese person to a skinny one, there will be a lose skin and you cannot prevent it or magically "tighten" the skin so much that it won't be noticeable

If you’re at or below around 14 percent bodyfat then it’s definitely a genetic issue, and as others have said, I would prioritize collagen synthesis and skin health, so get in adequate protein (required for collagen synthesis), micronutrients, and hydration, and look into other collagen boosting options like GHK-CU, microneedling, etc. it could also be an issue of genetic fat distribution, as you have said that it runs in the family. For that, your only real option is to get even leaner or have fat removal procedures.
