id you say u can do
100mg phenylpiracetam + 300mg Alpha GPC in the morning, with the remaining 300mg taken at night
160mg caffeine (monster dose ) + 300-400mg L-Theanine

Take all 3.5 in the morning before breakfast, finishing your day with the remaining 300mg Alpha-GPC
