Drinking 1L every 4h from waking up, with 500ml increased in the morning upon waking up since your kidney filtered out the water overnight making you wake up dehydrated. The kidneys also more efficient in the morning as well.
Make sure to have some slightly salty thing as well to not dilute your blood.
So 8am 1.5L with some electrolytes 12pm 1L 4pm 1L and 8pm1L
If you want better absorption drink alkaline water if you are in developed countries and don't drink cold water.
