U can't reverse gyno. U can only try to not make it worse. Surgery is the only option and it's comparatively low risk high benefit surgery

i have had gyno for around 2 years because of early puberty and if you dont want to get surgery you just have to learn to live with it as it isnt a major overlying issue unless its a severe insecurity

you mostly have fat and that's likely what's causing the appearance rather than the breast tissue, that amount shouldn't be very visible and most men have some degree of it.
