Back then during my research I read a lot about other ppl getting rid of it by addressing problems with their teeth but I never had any problems, I just noticed it was gone one day

doctors could only evaluate it but there isn't any way to fix it really, just temporarily supress it.
there is one i think but it's for extreme cases, extremely dangerous and extremely costy from a quick google search.

I get this sometimes, it makes my eyes water

its also often a direct correlation to the jaw, so if your maybe grinding your teeth at night or some dislocation that could be the direct cause.

also braces or invisialign can be the cause

Tinnitus is based
Your own symphony no one else hears
Mine isn’t that loud unless I’ve woken up in the middle of the night or something, when I go for a piss

Isn't that supposed to be related to pressure in the ears/blood pressure in the ear? Type shit. It could also genuinely be caused by like devices and shit, unironically, like the EMF and stuff, but its rare with people. Good luck man. What did the doctors say?

it has been a while but they just gave me how loud it sounded and told me to massage it, nothing more.
Holy cope... what medical system is this bruh... Maybe im tripping, aren't they supposed to diagnose you and tell you exactly what it is, cause, and how to deal with it?

Causes of Tinnitus at Birth
Tinnitus, the perception of noise or ringing in the ears without an external sound source, can manifest at birth or in early childhood. Although it's often linked to exposure to loud noises, ear infections, or age-related hearing loss, some infants may experience tinnitus due to specific factors.

Congenital Issues
Genetic Factors
: Some children may inherit conditions that predispose them to auditory issues. Genetic mutations can affect the inner ear's structure and functionality, leading to auditory processing problems.
Developmental Anomalies: Abnormalities in the structure of the ear, such as malformations of the auditory pathway, can result in tinnitus. These anomalies may interfere with sound processing.
Environmental Factors
Prenatal Exposure
: Exposure to certain drugs or toxins during pregnancy, such as ototoxic medications or alcohol, can affect the development of the auditory system in fetuses.
Infections During Pregnancy: Infections like cytomegalovirus (CMV) or rubella can compromise the infant's auditory system, potentially leading to tinnitus.
Neurological Conditions
Auditory Neuropathy
: This condition involves problems with the transmission of sound from the inner ear to the brain and can sometimes accompany tinnitus.
Central Auditory Processing Disorders: Neurological impairments affecting the processing of auditory information can lead to tinnitus as well.
Conclusion
While tinnitus is mostly acquired later in life, certain congenital issues can lead to its presence from birth. Awareness of potential causes is crucial for early diagnosis and management. If concerns about tinnitus arise, consulting a healthcare professional specializing in audiology is advisable.
