Firstly I have gyno
Then I have curves like i store my fat in side hips
Third I have long arms

My dick is only 5 inches these r all signs of low testosterone and klinefelters

I am 21 I don't even know if starting test will make me masculine

I can't do anything at this point like i do gymcelling try hard to not get tired but I just can't still I will keep on fighting

Yea they r long I'm 5'8 wingspan is 6 feet but many people have long wingspan

Nah dawg not worth the heart problems you will have after 40. If your problem is looking masculine, grow a beard and that already solves 90% of the problems

But I have all signs of low t like small wrist can't lift heavy in gym after training
No muscle building capacity gyno fat around hips

Your physique is honestly terrible for that amount of time. But nothing roids cant fix.

Your frame also isnt really bad so youll easily look above average
I mean if I take roids I don't want my gyno to increase

If you take an aromatase inhibitor or serm at the same time it will decrease if anything

Only dipshits who have no clue what theyre doing get gyno

Also if you get good gyno surgery its impossible for it to return

Bro split kinda did you dirty. Let me give you my workout for example, its an ABCD

day A:
5 chest exercises with the first two containing 5 sets and the rest 4 sets
3 triceps exercises with dropsets
1 core exercise

day B:
same idea of day A but for back

day C:
6 legs exercises with the first two containing 5 sets and the rest 4 sets
3 exercises for shoulders

day D: (honestly I dont do these anymore because I dont think they are hardly necessary, but I used to do)
3 biceps exercises with dropsets
3 tricep exercises with dropsets
1 core exercise

I do partials after each set aswell.

This helped me a lot not only with anxiety but with body aswell, I got like 8 kg in 6 months.

It takes a lot of time (my workout is usually 3 hours) but its a great thing to do. Try researching which exercises you will do before.

I workout mostly for hypertrophy, it did increase but not in a faster way.

If your objective is pure strenght then do less sets and less reps.
