I started of this month at 112 kgs I had been this weight for months and a week in I was 108 kgs , yesterday I was 107 kgs and today I am 106 kgs. Can someone tell me what's happening ? This month I had been eating things in smaller amounts usually I used to eat 8 pieces of chicken alternatively goat meat in lunch same for dinner again this was cherry so that's curry with 8 pieces of chicken plus 8-14 roti (Indian flat bread) and rice. I now have 4 pieces of chicken without curry , rice and roti. I have also stopped consuming commercial fruit juices which I usually had 5 glasses of a day.
I have exercised 3 times this month the day before yesterday , yesterday and today so the weightloss is just because I am eating less.
Is it healthy to lose weight at such rapid speed, should I start eating more I don't really notice any difference in my health I don't want more food but I have heard rapid weight loss isn't healthy.
