I have massive tesicular pain. scared to death

Since 2 days I have testicular pain on the left nut. I can barely touch my dick because it hurts so much. I also feel a hard painful knot in the testicules and cant get a proper bones anymore.
Doctors offices are closed due to public holidays.
Anyone here experienced something like this before??
btw, I am on fin since 3 years, but never had any side effects.

you may have a cyst, i had a cyst one time and it was fairly painful but it goes away, but you won’t know unless you go to the er. any severe testicular pain is not normal
