How do I get higher cheekbones mine are mid set I have a fair amount of facial fat with they appear higher once I lean down my face

Two possibilities, first one is thumbpulling like crazy for ccw rotation if you're in puberty while being relaxed and calm. And bonesmash but its not the right technique, because you'll have higher set cheekbones while bad eye support and weird looking face
