I have Neutral CT, but my droppy eyelids ruin it

This shit pisses me off. I have neutral canthal tilt but my lower eyelids are droopy af. On top of that I have relatively minimal upper eyelid exposure and decent brows. What surgeries would y’all recommend?

i have the exact same problem. you and i indeed have neutral canthal tilt despite what retards here might say. it just doesnt look so because of the downturned eyelashes, saggy eyelids and lower lids...
btw my solution to it is squintmaxing but in a very subtle way, like i just raise the lower lids and dont flex any other part of my eye area, just the lower lid
