yeah i smash with middle one only, sometimes I go hard sometimes mid strength spam for 1-2 minutes 2-3 reps, just smash enough so ur sore the next day, if not smash harder in next session

yes it does work, i use a hammer and smash maybe 2-3x per week, also ive been doing that while roiding so i cant make any guarantees than nattys will have the same results but ive literally been complemented directly on my zygos and chin since i started but especially my zygos

but my zygos def grown sm stronger looks insane in a 3.4 my bodyfat remained the same year yound
