I have really high cheekbones when I smile or laugh, but they're not visible when my face is in resting position

Why is this? To add context, I'm about 100 lbs overweight. So could that be stopping my cheekbones from showing in my normal face?

They aren't like the normal cheekbones when people smile. You can really see them, even when I'm half smiling.

Really hoping that it's not just cope tho.

of course. facial bloat not only obstructs the cheekbones from visibly protruding, but also does the same to other bones as well. it gives your face an overall rounder, feminine, undefined appearance. don't even begin to judge your face until you lose weight.

i wont. but i pushed my fat back to see my jawline, but its not looking too good. it looks like the guy in my pfp, (narrow), but more circular. i checked baby pictures, and it roughly looked around the same then. but it looked more wide as a kid tho.

still might be over tho. my jawline isnt wide.
