I mean lower third fix is easy but midface? Just break the midface IN HALF AND CUT A CHUNK OF IT theory.

I got high set cheekbones but are not prominent enough, and a slightly recessed maxilla
Non-surgical

  • Dermal fillers (cheek/midface)
  • Fat grafting

Surgical

  • Malar/cheek or custom midface implants
  • Le Fort I orthognathic surgery (maxillary advancement)

Fillers or fat add temporary/semi-permanent volume over the high cheekbones and midface to create more projection and hide the mild maxillary recession. Implants permanently augment the bony contour of the cheekbones/midface. Orthognathic surgery moves the recessed maxilla forward for a structural change (usually combined with orthodontics if your bite is affected).
