Take noorgzilitol

Well first thing rule out underlying stuff like anxiety, trauma, or burnout bc theyre often the cause. Meds that can help include SSRIs like sertraline or fluoxetine and sometimes adding lamotrigine helps when SSRIs alone don’t cut it. Some ppl react to low-dose naltrexone, especially if theres trauma involved. Be careful with benzos tho they might help short term but usually make dissociation WAY WORST long term. If u looking at supplements, NAC can help regulate glutamate and it showed promise in early research I believe. But tbh, meds only do part of the work. u need good therapy trauma informed, not just generic CBT. EMDR, IFS, or somatic work can actually help your brain reintegrate. Also, grounding techniques and nervous system regulation are key. Avoid weed and stimulants they tend to spike dissociation even if they feel helpful at first. Get assessed by someone who ACTUALY understands dissociative disorders MISDIAGNOSIS R COMMON,
