with the surge of lm on tt these kids have no idea how lucky they are. Especially those who weren’t in pubery during covid years. I fucked my development by gaming till 4am, eating shit bc I thought calories were all that mattered not types of food, and doing no sports during covid and being a screenager. Ahhh. Im not that’s bad tho cld be like 5’8 LTN so. All g. But the potential these kids have with everything..

Yeah all teenagers should be trying everything possible to maximize their development. As an teenager you have so much potential in terms of acending but also litrally everything else in life as an general people do not even realize it. If you are under 20 it is litrally never over

Yeah but a lot of stuff is actually before 15 such as ur facial development. Ofc puberty plays but it’s all abt having the right habits. I was fucked and didnt listen to my parents. Im 5’11 only bc of growth hormone. Im 18 tho, im prob done growing but there’s nth i can do. I can ascend facially. But yeah the height pill is actually so brutal not even bc im short. Ik 5’11 isn’t tall but anyone who says it short is lying bc im taller than most ppl im a true 5’11. What makes it so brutal is when ur next to some dude like 6’5 knowing u have actual no way of comparing omggggg.
